The Housing Authority welcomes offers by tender from the public for the sale of Tale Quale Room.

Offers close on the 30th August 2024 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender event the most advantageous.
