The Housing Authority welcomes offers by tender from the public for the sale of Tale Quale Garages

Offers close on the 27th February 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed. A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents. Each bidder/company may bid for as many garages as they like but may only be awarded a maximum of 3 garages. Kindly indicate specific garage on which bid is being made on tender document. Please note that the premises will be open to the public on 24th February from 9:30am till 10:30am and 26 th February from 9:30am till 10:30am. The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender even the most advantageous.
