The Housing Authority has launched Ħabbtilna, a national campaign designed to raise awareness about the wide range of support available to residents seeking help with housing affordability, home adaptations, repairs, and rental stability.

Today, more than ever, people face different challenges when it comes to securing a home. Whether the need is to purchase a first property, carry out essential renovation works, remain safely in one’s home later in life, or access a stable rental environment, the Housing Authority offers more than 20 schemes tailored to different profiles and situations.

These include the First-Time Buyer Scheme, 10% Deposit Scheme, Equity Sharing, Social Loan Scheme, Grant on First Residence, amongst others.
