Refurbishment of Common Parts

In collaboration with local councils, the Housing Authority offers grants of up to €6,000 to social housing tenants for refurbishing common parts through the scheme ‘Il-Binja Tiegħi, id-Dar Tiegħi’. To benefit from this scheme, tenants must form a Residents’ Association and contact their local council directly.
